Setting Up PagerDuty Integration

To set up PagerDuty as an alert recipient, you'll need to create a service in PagerDuty and obtain an integration key. Follow these steps:

1. Create a PagerDuty Service

1. Log in to your PagerDuty account
2. Navigate to Services → Service Directory
3. Click + New Service
4. Fill in the following details:
   • Name: Choose a name for your service (e.g., "Ironforge Alerts")
   • Description: (Optional) Add a description
   • Escalation Policy: Select an existing policy or create a new one
   • Integration: Select "Events API V2"

2. Get the Integration Key

After creating the service, PagerDuty will provide you with an Integration Key (also known as a Routing Key). This key is required to send alerts to PagerDuty use it in the recipient configuration.

Now, when creating an alert rule, you can select the PagerDuty recipient to send the alert to.
